Hello, my name is Cherie Beltran, and I am your one-stop resource for all your real estate needs whether you are looking to purchase or sell a home. Born and raised in Arizona, I have seen the tremendous growth and many opportunities available to residents of the Valley of the Sun. Benjamin focuses solely on tenant representation in real estate projects with the sole objective of increasing a business’s opportunity to succeed.  When he began his real estate profession, Benjamin quickly realized that the primary reason most businesses fail within 5 years is the first lease is typically a five-year lease.  Although the big term among economists is “bad money management”, the lease is typically the largest monthly expense at first.  As a tenant advocate and advisor, Benjamin strives to identify what the client needs to make a sound decision based on current market realities.

Outside of real estate, I grew up in the “show-me” state of Missouri. After graduating from high school, I relocated to Arizona, graduated from college, and later married my wonderful husband. We have a terrific son and have resided in the Ahwatukee Foothills for over 15 years. In my spare time, I enjoy weight lifting, hiking and spending time with family and friends.  I am excited about real estate and I have the ability to serve as an effective resource to my clients as I help successfully navigate them through the selling and buying processes. My name is Sherri Scates, and I am a native of Arizona. I have lived in Chandler since I was 10 years old. So, I have seen the many changes of this once very small town to where it is today. I specialize in the East Valley, but have the knowledge to assist you in all of the Phoenix Metropolitan area.

I have been a REALTOR since 2005 and have worked primarily with referrals from business associates, friends, and family. I just retired from the corporate world and now I am very excited about fully committing myself to real estate.
